The Nominating Committee will soon be meeting to select a nominee for each office of the Executive Committee, which includes the President/Co-Presidents, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, Treasurer, Recording Secretary, Corresponding Secretary and 3 Sewanhaka delegates.
Please be aware that in order to vote, or to be installed as an officer, you must be a PTA member. Individuals for these positions will be elected at the general membership meeting in May.
We are seeking your input for consideration by the Nominating Committee, during its deliberations. All information will remain confidential and will be viewed only by the Nominating Committee to help come to the recommended slate. Your nomination ballot may remain anonymous.
Your recommendations, comments and/or concerns are extremely helpful. If there are individuals you believe would be an asset to our PTA’s Executive Committee, please note their name, qualifications, position you think they best fit, as well as contact information. Please take the time to ask that person if he/she is interested in the position, prior to filling out the ballot. You are encouraged to list anyone who says they are interested or would consider the position. Please do not list contact information for people who tell you they are not interested. This will save the Nominating Committee time and effort.
Please print and use the BALLOT and submit in a sealed envelope marked “PTA Nominating Committee” by Friday, April 8th. or use the form to below. The envelopes will remain sealed and be opened, only in the presence of the entire Nominating Committee, at its meeting.
